Is there any clear adhesive ?

im looking for some adhesive that is CLEAR





and perhaps maybe comes in sheets? kind of like double sided tape but like in a sheet because i want to cut a shape out and stick two pieces of glass together


but still have it to be see through... is there anything like that?

Try liquid nails. You can buy this at any home improvement store. I use it to glue mosaic glass to window panes.Is there any clear adhesive ?
Go to a place like Fastsigns. They make signs that stick to glass and will have what your looking for.
